Well, I sure think she should. She hasn't been truly redeemed yet. This fact may be obstructing her spinoff playablility. Rouge's arc, imo, should start with her becoming even worse and end with her redemption. It should last at least 3 games, like shadow did. Knuckles should also be important. What would you like to see in a hypothetical Rouge arc?

Rouge's arc is already complete. It started and ended in SA2.

Nah. Rouge's character development is done. Retreading it would just be pointless if you ask me.

I think they should give characters arcs who haven't had them already.
