I like Sonic adventure 2, So i'm not sure exactly why people would hate it. But I might be able to figure out some things.

I don't personally understand the fan base either.

I like the game... but I think some people don't like it because of some of the sluggish cut scenes and others don't like the fact of Tails only playable in his mech. (besides in the chao world.) I don't really find it that bad. But some fans won't like a game unless it's perfect.... perfect graphics, perfect gameplay, perfect storyline.

Storyline - GREAT
Graphics - GREAT (At the time)
Gameplay -Hunting can get boring. Great otherwise.

Yeah there is something in the cut scenes though, the best pre-rendered cutscenes were in Shadow the Hedgehog

True on those points.^ And I'm not complaining about them just saying why people may not like them


Though I might be wrong but I think that they didn't have a neck? Espicially in cut scenes. Most obvious was probally when Rouge grabbed Knuckles' "neck" when they first appeared in the storyline.

I like Sonic Adventure 2 as much as any other Sonic game. I especially like performing the Homing Attack on the wall in the Chao Garden and doing the Moonwalk back down it, and the gameplay was awesome. However I do respect the opinions of others but I see no aspect in Sonic Adventure 2 that was enough to be hated on

But anywho, I see no reason as to hate on Sonic Adventure 2. Perhaps the haters just got E rank on every stage and blamed it on the 'bugs and glitches in the game' when it was instead their lack of skills? I don't know.

I've gotten a bit bored of SA2. It's not a bad game, it just loses it's fun factor after a while, but you'll get a sudden urge to play it.

I wish online mulriplayer was an option.

Don't know it's kinda funny first they love it then they hate it maybe they will love it again later

My favorite sonic game nonetheless.
