Hey people!

Sonic 4 is really underrated and is a great game.

Is there anyone else here who is a big fan of Sonic 4 .

This thread is for discussion on how awesome Sonic 4 is and how incredibly underrated it is.

Hoping Episode 3 comes around

It's not underrated, nor is it overrated. It gets the right amount of hate/praise it deserves.



The game does a terrible job for what it tries.

I don't think Episode 3 is coming. I think Sonic 4 was possibly an experiment by Sega to test a few things out. Obviously it didn't do well enough.

I like Episode 2 Loads.
But didn't like Episode 1 just as much.


PS : I am referring to the version I have on my Android Phone even though generically all versions of the game are the same (Yes even 360/PS3 version is the same as on my phone)

I find your lack of Sonic 4 Love lacking

Sonic 4 has awesome graphics, a cool amount of fast boosters (so the game isn't slow and boring) and focuses the game on Sonic

It's a pretty good game, but rather short for the 1200 MSP i paid

Yup, and that's what's so pathetic about it.

It needs boosters to not feel boring.

No,seriously.Deleting the game is way more fun than playing it.

Well I'm sure hoping their 'expiriment' isn't over yet. Looking forward to episode 3. Triple co-op with sonic, tails & knuckles for first time in official sonic game would be awesome.

I liked the 2nd episode, but I feel like it's got a few problems. Episode 1 really didn't pop to me at all.

I once drove through Oil Desert Zone in a tractor. Many ducks died that day. Including Donald Duck.

Not really. I thought sonic the werehog was twelve hundred times better cuz its in 3D. Sonic 4 not even in 3D. How is that even a sonic game?

Well, now that I have the game myself, I can say I found it very enjoyable to play. Can't figure out why some people say it's BAD. It's not the best game ever, but it's a very good time killer while waiting for the next main Sonic title. XD

I liked S4, especially Episode 2.

My only problem is that you can't get momentum in the air which is something Sonic games always had in past and future and it's hard to live without.

(You know, the way we can't accelerate in the air right?)
