Seriously, he's not a bad singer.

The reason why people hate something depends on many factors. Opinions, standards, the need to bash something which gets unworthy amounts of praise, etc.
In the case of SA2, it was praised during it's time. And for quite a long time, it was considered one of the best Sonic games. But now, many people show much dislike towards it.
This might be because of the natural tendency of humans to change their opinion on something as time goes. As you start to see these games under a context, their flaws become more and more evident.
That's why opinions on the Genesis games are kept unchanged by many. And that's why the Adventures, Colors, and Generations aren't getting as much love as they used to get. |

| That's not the point, sir.
The point is that the reason people hate SA2 is the exact same reason to why you hate Justin Bieber.
And I'm pretty sure it's not because he makes fun of other people's dead mums. |
