I can't even load the page.

The purpose of the Forums shut down is unknown, it is all regions and nor it is scheduled. You should post this in the Announcements Section although.

I did this before on that section anyway, please refer and reply to that post.

Ok good, it's not just me. I have been having trouble getting on there all night.

I don't know why link is only viewable for admins.
