Mine is:
Updated Adventure gameplay with powerfull spin-dash, light dash on any ring trail, homing attack, large open worlds, item containers, and multiple playable characters (Tails, Knuckles, Shadow etc).

Long stretches of track for spectacular boosting combined with challenging platforming areas, much like in Generations. I'd also like to have Tails or other characters help you in some parts of the stage, like in S4E2, where Tails could help you fly to otherwise unreachable areas.
I'd also appreciate some little extras that make the stage unique, like the car driving area in Seaside Hill (in Generations).

A True HD Hybrid of SA1 and SA2.
SA1HD and SA2HD are just upscaled textures and that's nothing.
