Subject: why do critics hate Amy, but not Metal Sonic? Wed Jul 18, 2012 6:02 pm
Amy and Metal Sonic both debuted in the same game: Sonic CD. Yet Metal is hailed and called retro and iconic, but Amy is hated like Big. Why?

Mostly the people that hate her are the people who don't wanna see romance in the games, or think that Sonic Team should bring Sally into the games. Which I find both reasons stupid.
Romance can be in the games I don't care, as long as it's comical I could really give a s***.

Eh, she never bother me that much asides from poor choice in voice. Besides without her, there's be no girls until adventure 2 or something, and well, that's just weird. Maybe some fans don't like girls, idk.

I like Amy, but she be getting way too much flanderization for most to find her likeable these days. Kinda sad really.

How exactly? You don't see her that often anymore in the games, if anything we're losing that flanderization.
